Lance Wagers founded ACA in 1998 along with a group of veteran leaders in the cheerleading industry with one goal – to develop camps and competitions that go beyond ribbons and trophies to touch the very heart of each participant.  Lance is well known in the industry, as he has served at every level from President of a national organization to running camps all over the world, to cheering on the side lines for his own team.  His unique perspective is what makes ACA so powerful and explains the very loyal following who know they can expect the best!  ACA founders learned from experience how to lead a cheer squad to being not only great cheerleaders but leaders for life.  The ACA staff is a family that is committed to serving customers.  Don’t be surprised when you call and Lance or one of the vice presidents answers the phone!
